Deposits:
1. We ask for a $350 deposit per bulldog puppy. This is non-refundable. This deposit will be used as partial
payment toward the purchase of your new puppy. This deposit will allow us to put a specific puppy on hold for you.
We require the remaining balance to be paid in full by 7 weeks old, unless another arrangement is made. If the
balance is not paid in full, you forfeit your deposit money and the hold will be released from your puppy. All deposits
are NON-REFUNDABLE!
2. Puppies are only allowed to leave my home when they are completely weaned and paid in full. No exceptions,
sorry!
3. We only accept Pay Pal and cash at this time. Due to the amount of scams that are frequent to Internet users, we
feel this is the safest and most secure way to purchase on-line for both parties. Please be sure to add the 3% Pay
Pal fee that they charge us. Through Paypal you may use Mastercard, Visa, Discover and even your debit card to
make purchases.
4. Puppies are normally ready to go around 8 weeks of age. No shipping on puppies under 8 weeks old.
Occasionally, if you are picking up your puppy, we do allow them to leave a little earlier.
5. Sorry, NO REFUNDS of any kind! This does include all deposits.
Health Guarantee:
1. We believe this puppy is to be in good health and sound at the time of sale. We have had each puppy examined
by a licensed veterinarian and a copy of the current health certificate is included with the sale. All immunizations and
de- worming have been up to date since birth. You will receive a copy of the litter treatment schedule also.
2. For your health guarantee to be effective, you must have a licensed veterinarian examine your puppy within 48
hours. Failure to do so voids any and all health guarantees. We must be notified via email or phone of this
examination. If this veterinarian finds the puppy not to be in good general health as outlined, we must receive a
written statement from him, including his name, clinic name and address and phone numbers. Buyers must notify us
immediately. We do reserve the right to have a second opinion from a licensed veterinarian of our choice. If this
veterinarian agrees that there is a problem, we will resume possession of the puppy. The buyer then will receive
credit towards another puppy. The replacement puppy will be of similar bloodline and pedigree and of equal value.
This means it may not be from the same dam or sire as the original puppy.
3. We guarantee that your puppy is to be free from any life threatening or congenital diseases. For example, a heart
murmur. We guarantee this for 1 year and to the original purchaser only. This health guarantee is not transferable.
If such genetic disease is found, we must have a written statement from the veterinarian and proven by lab test and/or
x-rays that will be confirmed by my veterinarian. We must be notified immediately of any problem found. We will not
be responsible for any incurred vet bills or any shipping costs to return a puppy. These are solely the responsibility
of the buyer. Buyer is also responsible for shipping costs of the replacement puppy. The original puppy must be
returned to us within 72 hours.
4. If a puppy is returned to us, it must be returned in sound condition, other than the specified problem stated by the
veterinarian. It will also include all AKC paperwork, health records and any other documentation. The return policy is
valid for genetic issues that may be life threatening to your puppy.
5. We will provide the original purchaser of puppy in case of death with a replacement puppy when a comparable
puppy of a similar bloodline/cost is available. If your puppy dies, we must have a valid autopsy report from a licensed
veterinarian with the exact cause of death. I do understand that if something like this were to happen, you may want
your veterinarian to contact me and my vet with any results.
6. Termination of this guarantee is if the returning puppy has been bred, neutered, spayed, or have any signs of
abuse or neglect what so ever.
7. All new puppy owners agree to keep vaccinations, de-wormings and heartworm preventative care up to date.
Buyers are responsible for keeping up to date records of their new puppy and are expected to have knowledge of the
bulldog breed.
8. A copy of this guarantee is to be signed and dated by both parties before the puppy can leave our care. I will email
an original copy to the new owners before it is time to ship a puppy or before you come pick up your new bundle of
joy. No puppy will leave here without a signed agreement on file.
We do not cover the following:
1. Any condition that can be easily treated or permanently cured.
2. Any inherited trait not affecting the puppy’s health. No one can guarantee the conformation or looks of a puppy
when it grows into an adult. Colors are not guaranteed to stay the same.
3. We will not be held liable for any veterinarian fees.
4. External parasites, fleas, ticks, etc. Your puppy has been treated for worms, fleas, ticks, ear mites, and Kennel
Cough. However it is possible for him/her to pick up a flea during transport. Please note that all puppies being
shipped are susceptible to Kennel Cough and Coccida.
5. Entropion, loose hips or knees, cherry eye, or skin allergies such as démodé tic mange. All of these conditions
are considered normal in this breed.
6. All adult dogs are sold AS IS. No exceptions!
7. We do not guarantee that any puppy will breed or have show potential.
8. Any injury or illness which could have occurred during transport. We do offer shipping insurance at an additional
fee. Once your puppy leaves our care, we are no longer responsible.
9. Choking, heat exhaustion, and malnutrition are not covered.
10. We do not reimburse for any veterinary expenses or shipping/transportation costs. NO EXCEPTIONS!
